Niwat Manatpiyalert explores through diverse artistic modes of production the fabric of everyday life from socio-political, economical to environmental matters. He has engaged with the subjects through processes of observation, interpretation, and validation, embodying collective memory and hypothesis entangled. Stemming from his interests in community and participatory art, Manatpiyalert’s practice is heavily based on field research and usually involves cross-disciplinary collaborations with specialists, filmmakers, creative practitioners, among others. A graduate from Städelschule Frankfurt a.M. (2019) and meisterschüler from the class of Tobias Rehberger.
